Fight for Sight

Fight for Sight – Tackling Loneliness & Isolation Among Blind & Partially Sighted People.

Fight for Sight, a UK-based charity dedicated to funding pioneering research to prevent sight loss and treat eye disease, has opened the next round of its Social Change Fund.

This funding round focuses on projects designed to reduce loneliness and/or isolation experienced by blind and partially sighted people throughout the UK.

The Charity is keen to fund projects that have a sustainable impact at three levels:

  • Sector: build partnerships and connections that improve the resilience of community organisations to step up for blind and vision impaired people
  • Societal/systems: commission research into what it means to be blind or vision impaired. Projects are encouraged to report impact to share with others seeking to drive change

Up to £30,000. Registered charities, CIO and CIC.
