Funding Advisor Vacancy


North Tyneside VODA provides support, advice, training and information to volunteers and voluntary and community organisations operating in North Tyneside. VODA works to support and develop the voluntary and community sector by providing a wide range of support services and by representing the views of the sector to government and policy makers on a local and national level.

Our Core Services Team assists charities, community organisations and social enterprises to support their local communities and beneficiaries. We offer advice and guidance on everything from setting up a new organisation to helping with governance and policy development. We also have a great track record of helping organisations secure funding.

The Funding Advisor will:

  • Deliver advice and guidance and provide direct funding advice to VCSE organisations working in North Tyneside.
  • Provide any developmental support the group needs prior to putting applications in, helping costing up projects, identifying good-match funders and assistance in drawing up an appropriate fundraising strategy and support on submitting convincing funding applications.

Salary: £28,140 pa pro-rata for 22.5 hours per week (0.6 FTE)
