Women In Safe Homes

Social impact investment company Resonance is seeking charities or social enterprises focused on women and homelessness, with an infrastructure that would enable them to lease properties and then rent them to women experiencing or at risk of homelessness.

The fund will invest directly in residential homes and refuge accommodation and aims to provide a solution to the lack of affordable, safe and secure homes across the UK for women who are experiencing homeless, are survivors of domestic abuse, prison leavers, or who have other complex needs, including mental health problems.
