Karbon Homes Community Funding

Karbon Homes’ Community Connectors can help you access our Community Investment fund. They welcome applications from not-for-profit and voluntary organisations as well as local schools.
The grants aim to support projects that make a real difference to people’s lives and wellbeing within the communities in which we work. They welcome applications if your project falls under one of their key themes:
  • Cost of living
  • bringing people together to create strong relationships in communities
  • health and wellbeing
  • improving places.

The funding is targeted at initiatives that make a significant impact on Karbon Homes customers and the communities in which they work. You can view the areas they work in here.

Karbon Homes understands that it’s not always possible for projects to solely cover these areas, but hopes that you can demonstrate how it will/could benefit them in some way.

The maximum you could be awarded is £4,000 per year with a maximum project length of 2 years. Applications of £1,500 or less will be assessed by the community investment team with applications over £1,500 being assessed by the residents’ grants panel following appraisal by the team.

Please note, this fund is aimed at supporting projects and initiatives and is not targeted at large scale capital investment in assets.
